Payment methods

With Perfume & Oud® you pay safely, easily and flexibly.

You can pay for your purchases using all common payment methods. All data that you enter during the payment process in our online shop is transmitted encrypted using SSL. This process guarantees a high level of security for your purchase.

We accept the following payment methods:

Advance payment (bank transfer)

If you decide to pay in advance, you will receive the invoice amount to be paid and our bank details with the order confirmation by email. Please transfer the invoice amount to the account specified. As soon as we have received payment in our account, we will ship the order to you. Until then, we will reserve the items in your order for you. Shipping will be confirmed to you by email in the form of a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Please state the order number in your order confirmation as the intended purpose, not the invoice number. This is the only way we can allocate your payment correctly. Please note that depending on the bank, the transfer can take between 2 and 4 days.

If we are unable to receive payment after 14 days, we will be forced to cancel your order.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days.

PayPal

With PayPal you pay easily and conveniently with your email address and a password. In order to use this payment method in our online shop, you do not have to be a registered PayPal customer. You can log in to PayPal as part of your payment process.

After you have decided to pay via PayPal, you will be redirected from our site to PayPal registration. You will be asked to log in with your email address and PayPal password. Your order details will be automatically taken over and the invoice amount will be debited directly from your PayPal account after confirmation. As soon as we receive payment confirmation from PayPal, your order will be shipped. You will then receive an order and shipping confirmation in the form of an email as well as a tracking number with which you can find out about the whereabouts of your shipment.

For data protection reasons, notifications that you would like to send to Perfume & Oud via your PayPal account cannot be viewed by us and therefore cannot be taken into account for your order.

Please note that after a purchase via PayPal, any funds paid to us will be credited to your PayPal account in the event of a return. You can then initiate a transfer from your PayPal account to your bank account.

PayPal Plus

With PayPal Plus we offer you the four most popular payment methods: PayPal, purchase on account, direct debit and credit card. You do not need a PayPal customer account for the payment methods mentioned.

Purchase on account

When purchasing on account from PayPal, you will automatically be redirected to the payment dialog (external payment page) in encrypted form. The payment service provider carries out a risk assessment after selecting purchase on account. This may involve obtaining credit information. This happens in real time. If you do not pass this test, you will receive a notification. Please note that Perfume & Oud has no influence on the decision. You will receive a separate payment receipt with the bank details of the payment service provider (PayPal). The payment term is 14 days from the order date. With this payment method, you will not incur any additional costs on our part or through the payment service provider.

Direct debit

If you choose to pay by direct debit via PayPal Plus, you will be redirected to an external page of the payment service provider PayPal in encrypted form after completing your order. Enter your bank details there. A PayPal account is NOT required and does not need to be opened. The collection takes place through PayPal. With this payment method, you will not incur any additional costs on our part or through the payment service provider, except for exchange rate fees for other currencies in EUR.

Credit card

When paying with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card, you will automatically be redirected to the payment dialog (external payment page) in encrypted form. Card billing is done through PayPal. With this payment method, you will not incur any additional costs on our part or through the payment service provider.

Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay makes shopping at Parfum & Oud even easier by allowing you to complete the check-out process on our website very quickly using the information already stored in your Amazon account. To do this, log in with your Amazon account login details and select from the payment and delivery information stored in your Amazon account. Your payment information remains with Amazon. When you pay with Amazon Pay, you are covered by the A-to-Z Guarantee.

Giropay

Giropay is one of the most popular transfer methods in Germany. We accept payment with your Girocard in PIN or direct debit (SEPA).

Credit card

With us you can also pay conveniently and securely with a credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa. If you purchase by credit card, the amount will first be reserved when you complete your order. Your credit card account will be debited one day later, so you have the opportunity to revise an incorrect order by canceling it within 24 hours.

Klarna purchase on account

Klarna is our partner for your purchase on account. If you decide to pay with Klarna invoice (Pay Later), you will pay for your order within 30 days of delivery. Your contact person for payment processing with this payment method is Klarna .

Klarna installment purchase (Slice It)

With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly finance your purchase in up to 24 monthly installments of at least EUR 6.95 or under other conditions specified when paying. IMMEDIATE transfer with Klarna

With instant transfer with Klarna, you pay during the ordering process, using your trusted online banking details. Your data is only entered in Klarna's secure payment form.
